Barre Fitness starting soon! {Wylie Recreation Center}

Time is running out to register. Classes start on June 27th at 11:15am. Get ready to burn fat, sculpt muscles and have fun! Barre focuses on conditioning and toning the entire body. By blending classical ballet exercises, pilates and traditional conditioning movements, Barre will help you to develop muscular endurance, dynamic balance, flexibility, posture and core strength. No previous dance experience necessary.
