Kickboxing Free Demo class Monday, March 3rd at 8:30am {Wylie Recreation Center}

Kick, punch, and sweat your way to your fitness goals. Kickboxing utilizes boxing combinations such as jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and kicks as well as athletic drills to increase cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles and build coordination.

The Wylie Recreation Center will be adding a Kickboxing class to its list of Health & Fitness activities starting March 31st, 2014.  The class will be held on Monday mornings at 8:30am.

Please stop by for a FREE DEMO class on Monday, March 3rd to try out the class before registering.

No Rec Pass required.  Normal Childcare rates apply.
