Soccer Shots

A fun introductory soccer program for the kids! Learn basic skills through individual and group activities that familiarize participants with the game while preparing young bodies for an active childhood. Build character, learn about teamwork and sharing, improve communication skills and refine coordination.

Learn the Ryubukai Okinawan art of self-defense that employs hand strikes and kicks with swift and calculated movements used to disable or subdue an opponent. Focus on the flow of movement, sparring and weapons while attaining discipline, self-control and physical fitness.
